Game Day Beats is a service about children, used by adults. Every parent confirms these before using the app. They are short on purpose — each one is here because it matters.
- 1I am 18 or older, and this account is mine.
- 2I am the parent or legal guardian of every player I add — or I have that parent’s permission. If I am a coach, I have permission from each family before adding their child.
- 3I will use first names only, and I will not upload photos, audio or lyrics I do not have the right to use.
- 4Songs are generated by AI. They may not be unique, they are not guaranteed, and they are for personal and team use — not for commercial use, broadcast or resale.
- 5Anyone I invite as a co-parent can see and edit that player and their songs. A track link or download I send out cannot be taken back, even if I later delete the track.
- 6Paid plans renew automatically each month until I cancel, and I can cancel any time from the Membership page.
